家庭自制烤鸭的原料与方法?

自制烤鸭虽然很难比醉仙鸭的味道更好,但是自己在家里做烤鸭也是一种乐趣,其实烤鸭并不难做,满足两个条件:1鸭子好,2有耐心,就可以吃到香而不腻,独特灵魂的烤鸭了。

提前把鸭子收拾干净用调料腌制上,放冰箱冷藏入味。具体操作:生抽半碗(我用的是二大碗,就是比吃饭的小碗大一圈),料酒三大勺,蚝油一大勺,糖一大勺,黑胡椒粉一勺,十三香一勺,姜片6片,元葱一个切块,大料(八角)2个,混合均匀后抹到鸭子身上,按摩按摩,然后把肚子里放几片姜和元葱,装入密封袋。
