香辣鸡叉骨怎么制作?

1、材料:鸡锁骨800g、芡粉适量、普通面粉适量、盐适量、姜蓉适量、泡打粉适量、酱油适量、料酒适量、水适量、菜油适量、红油适量、味精适量、芝麻适量、麻油适量、孜然适量。
