1、优质鲍鱼:从色泽观察,呈米黄色或浅棕色,质地新鲜有光泽;从外形观察,呈椭圆形,鲍身完整,个头均匀,干度足,表面有薄薄的盐粉,若在灯影下鲍鱼中部呈红色更佳;从肉质观察,肉厚,鼓壮饱满,新鲜。
