自助餐厅如何赚钱

显眼处摆廉价菜品。在顾客容易首先看到和取到食品的地方,摆放大量相对价值低的食品,而在餐台的更后,或者不起眼的角落摆放相对昂贵的菜品。西餐里面经常有现场制作的海鲜、牛肉铁扒和烧烤,价值比较高,但需要一定时间制作。
