培养业余爱好。找点与你的工作完全无关的兴趣爱好,会让生活更加充实,比如跑步、画画、看小说或写作等。这些消遣能给你带来快乐,并让身心投入,充分放松和享受。

健康饮食。忙碌的工作让人们喜欢下馆子,水果、蔬菜和谷物等健康食品越吃越少。建议把回家吃饭当成享受,每天至少下一趟厨房。更重要的是,不要一边工作一边胡吃海塞,这会导致过量饮食和肥胖。
