浅谈起床前不能做到事情

忌醒后恋床不起。睡眠和卧床时间长了,会觉得四肢发沉,精神萎靡。这是由于睡懒觉不利于人体阳气宣发的缘故。因此,早上醒来后不宜恋床不起。
