家常小菜芋头红烧鸭肉的制作

料:小芋头450g,鸭腿两个约

调料:八角两枚,干辣椒6个,葱段少叙,老抽一小勺,糖半小勺,盐半小勺

做法:

1、芋头去皮切滚刀块,鸭子切块,均洗净沥干水份

芋头去皮的时候要带手套,以免手痒;洗的时候有粘液要撒少许盐
