一滴香3  乙基麦芽酚1  亚硝0.01  富丽磷5  黄金素3  烤鸭香粉8   透香王3   麦芽糖适量  料酒50
制作方法
1;将白条鸭洗净,把配料拍碎待用
2,将盐,特鲜 1号,极品魔精,爆烤鸭香膏,粟油魔膏复合浓香型,一滴香,乙基麦芽酚,亚硝,透香王 等用少量水稀释成腌制料
3,将腌制料均匀抹在鸭子身上,然后把香料放入鸭肚子里,一起腌制8-12小时
4, 将鸭子取出去掉香料,沥干水分,表皮风干

将鸭子放入烤炉之中烤,边烤边刷油
